In these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 7v777 website accessible at 7v777.bio, including all sportsbook, casino, slots, live dealer, and banking services provided therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on 7v777 at any given time. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 7v777 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Following registration, you may be required to complete KYC verification before deposits are accepted or withdrawals processed. KYC documents accepted by 7v777 include:

• Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or NICOP for overseas Pakistanis
• Valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7v777 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been performed by you. 7v777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 7v777 support immediately via live chat. Your Account will be temporarily suspended pending a security review upon notification.

7v777 will never ask you to provide your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 7v777 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

7v777 accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your Account cashier and may be updated periodically without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your 7v777 Account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to appear in your Account Balance, subject to your bank's processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific rules for that sport or market state otherwise.

All content on the 7v777 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game software, game content, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7v777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 7v777.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by the Platform.
• Use the 7v777 brand, logo, or trademarks in any promotional, commercial, or public-facing context without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7v777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 7v777 specifically excludes liability for:

• Losses arising from gambling outcomes — all bets placed on 7v777 carry an inherent risk of financial loss, and this risk is accepted by the Player at the time of placing any wager.
• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or service interruptions that result in a bet being unsettled or a game session being disrupted.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Inaccurate or outdated information in third-party data feeds used for live sports results, statistics, or in-play market updates.
• Any indirect financial or other losses arising from your reliance on any content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law. The Platform's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7v777 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by 7v777's licensing authority for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.
